    Red face

Let me start out by saying I was really looking forward to saying what a great show it was in SLC, and if I had seen much of the show I probably would have.

Just a warning to anyone seeing the show this tour, Social D played 2.5 hours after the opening of the doors.. In this case 8:30 PM and the Show was over at 9:40 PM !! My wife and I showed up at about 9 PM figuring we'd see some of the Super Suckers and then see Social D. When we got out of the car, I could hear Angel Wings playing and realized we were in trouble

We got inside, heard 2 more songs (Bakersfield, Nickels and Dimes) they broke and came back for the encore and only played 2 more songs (I thought 3 was the norm) By 9:45 we were back in the car on our way home.

I dont blame anyone but myself for missing the show but then again I can't think of any show I have seen since my High School dances that were over before 10 PM, I guess they had to get bcack on the bus and head to CO.

    Well better luck next time

Well it's not quite that bad. Most of the times I have scene them (and other bands) up here, they played around 10-11 pm. The tickets said doors opened at 6 pm, but I figured that was just to get the bodies into the club to buy booze. Being that it was held in a real shithole of a club, and its was about 100 degress outside as well as in, I wanted to spend as little time in there has possible.

I think the early start time really had to do with them having to be in CO the next day.

I tried to outguess the show times and I blew it
